Which address to write to, and what to put in the letter.

Which address

support@dotrama.com — anything about a hub or an account: it does not work, it will not link, you cannot get into the panel, something on a screen is wrong. If you are not sure which address to pick, this is the one.

info@dotrama.com — the address printed in our privacy policy and our terms. Deleting an account when you cannot sign in, exercising your rights under the GDPR, a hub whose previous owner is out of reach. It goes on working for everything else as well: we moved nothing away from it, because people keep the page they read a year ago.

sales@dotrama.com — buying, an order, an invoice, a return.

ceo@dotrama.com — when something went wrong and the answer you got did not put it right.

There is no telephone line and no chat. We do not send alerts by SMS or by phone call either, and we are not going to: everything goes through these addresses, your account and the app.

What to put in the letter

The serial number from the “Register” label on your hub — it starts with CM — if the letter is about a hub. What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A photograph of the screen, if there is a screen to photograph. That is usually enough to answer in one letter instead of three.

And one thing to keep out of it: never send us your passwords, the registration code from the label, or the viewing key for your cameras. We do not need any of them to help you, and nobody from us will ever ask for them. If a letter signed with our name asks you for one, it is not from us.

How long we take

A person reads these letters, not a machine. We are small, and we answer in the order they arrive. We are not printing a deadline here, because we have nothing today that would keep it — and a promise about answering is exactly the kind that is easy to print and hard to hold.

Who we are

The service is run by Denis Shelaev, NIF Z1356139H, Carrer de Francesc Planas i Casals 57, 08911 Badalona, Barcelona, Spain.

Ask us here

If writing a letter is not convenient, leave your question here. It arrives in the same mailbox, and the same person reads it.

What you write here reaches us as an ordinary email and stays in our mailbox: we do not put it in any database of ours. Please do not include passwords, the code from your hub's label, or the viewing key for your cameras — we never need them.
