What this site stores in your browser
One cookie, named dotrama_locale. It records which language you chose, so the site opens in that language next time. It holds a two-letter language code and nothing else — no identifier, no profile, no history. It lasts a year and you can delete it at any time.
What our server records
Like any web server, ours writes a line in a log for each request: your IP address, the time, the address requested, the page you came from, and your browser's identification string. Under European law an IP address is personal data.
These logs exist to keep the site running and to notice attacks. They are not used to build a profile of you, and they are not shared. They are kept for [retention period] and then deleted.
Floor plans never reach us
If you use the configurator and upload the plan of your home, the file is read by your own browser. It is not transmitted to our server, it is not stored anywhere by us, and it disappears when you close the tab.
The same applies to the markers you place on it and the numbers you enter.
What we do not do
- no analytics of any kind
- no advertising or tracking cookies
- no third-party scripts, widgets or embedded content
- fonts are served from this domain, so no font provider learns that you were here
- no sale or sharing of personal data
